About Drink Organic Wine
I didn’t know I could drink wine without getting a headache!
I have always loved wine, and as an Italian, it was present at every family celebration. However, after just one glass, I could feel the headache coming on and by the next morning I would feel terrible. I always thought that I was allergic to wine – which was a hard pill to swallow. Little did I know, it was just the additives present in almost all wine that were the culprit.
For a while, I consumed NO alcohol,in any form, because I didn’t like how I felt after I drank. Headaches, fatigue, stomach upset, and, you know, that overall feeling of “grossness” that comes with a hangover.
However, I missed wine, and still wanting to have my “cake” and eat it too, I started trying several organic and clean wines. I thought this was a healthy option.
Unfortunately, I learned that just because a wine is made with organic grapes, it still usually has chemicals added in during fermentation and bottling.
What I’ve found is that there really is good, clean wine out there. Wine that won’t leave you with headaches or migraines. Wine that won’t leave you with a hangover and upset stomach! But it can be tough to figure out where to even begin to look for clean wine, especially since wine doesn’t have an ingredient label!
I recently learned about Scout & Cellar clean-crafted wine and am more than a little excited about it! You might be wondering what “clean-crafted” really means and if it’s truly possible for good wine to be grown and produced without all the usual chemicals.
